Marstack beta waitlist

Marstack is a product in development by Spectrum AI Ventures. This notice explains how we handle the details you share through the Marstack enterprise beta waitlist at marstack.app. For any privacy question or request, write to partners@spectrumai.ventures.

• The details you enter: name, work email, company, your primary priority and, if you choose, your biggest marketing bottleneck.
• A record of your consent: the time you gave it and the version of the consent wording you saw.
• Basic campaign attribution: UTM tags in the page address, the website that referred you (domain only) and the page you arrived on.
• A one-way, salted hash of your network address, used only to limit repeated submissions. It cannot be turned back into your address and is deleted within about an hour.

Only to run the beta: to understand which teams want to take part, to contact you when a relevant pilot opportunity exists, and to protect the form from abuse. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to a newsletter.

The Marstack team, and service providers that host the site, store the waitlist and help us manage beta outreach, under terms that limit use to these purposes. Your details may be processed outside your country; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Until the beta programme ends or you ask us to remove you, and in any case no longer than 24 months after you join.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by emailing partners@spectrumai.ventures. We will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, tell you before relying on the change.
